The Challenge

We designed and implemented a fully integrated digital platform consisting of a customer-facing web application, mobile application, and centralized administration system. The solution enabled customers to easily browse menus, place orders, and track their purchases, while providing staff and management with a streamlined order management workflow. The administration portal centralized menu management, order processing, and business operations, allowing Manchi to improve efficiency, reduce manual workload, enhance customer experience, and establish a scalable foundation for future growth.
